There is no time like the present for trying something new. If your New Year’s resolution was just that, then why not join us for a hands-on cooking class to welcome in the New Year in style. In the warmth and convivial atmosphere of our artisanal kitchen, your English-speaking Tuscan chef will take you through an entire Tuscan meal from beginning to end. You will have a chance to create all the dishes from scratch, learning about how to select the best ingredients, how to chop and dice like a pro, how to knead and roll out pasta dough and so much more during your interactive class. While the weather outside is chilly, the ovens will be blazing as you make a typical Italian roast, create handmade tagliatelle noodles with wild boar sauce, and spike the tiramisu with a little extra liquor. After you have created your entire meal, it is time for a glass of Chianti wine and a convivial lunch or dinner with new friends.

  • Joinable cooking classes have a minimum enrollment of 3 people for course activation (except for Sundays which has a minimum enrollment of 5 people). Should the minimum not be reached for the day you have booked, we will contact you with a choice to: pay an additional fee to make the class private, change to another available date, or be fully refunded.
  • If you don’t see a specific class you are interested in listed on our calendar, let us know and we will try to activate it for you on the date you want.  
  • Because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from trusted local suppliers and farms, the cooking class menu will vary depending on what is available that day. 
  • It is essential that you email us ahead of time with any food allergies or preferences you may have so we can accommodate them.
