Dynamic and endlessly curious, Luca loves traveling the world to discover new cultures, with a special passion for exploring traditional cuisines—particularly after falling in love with the precision of Japanese culinary arts. A drummer since the age of 14, his rhythm extends from the studio right into the kitchen.
With over 20 years of experience as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef in renowned restaurants and hotels, Luca specializes in crafting authentic Italian cuisine blended with innovative modern techniques. His eye for photography naturally crossed over into the culinary world, where he captures the sheer beauty, perfection, and storytelling of food.
