  • “Abbucciato” (with a few rind) sheep cheese
  • Semi-aged sheep cheese accompanied by jams
  • Aged sheep cheese (or cave matured sheep cheese) with honey
  • One-year-old sheep cheese with honey
• Second course:
  • Ricotta cheese / ricotta cake
• Wine pairing with the meal.
