Ingredients

  •  Marscapone 300gr
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons of granuated sugar
  • 200 dry biscuits (lady fingers)
  • 1/2 galss of sweet wine or dark rum
  • Butter cocoa powder
  • Coffee

Method

  • In a bowl beat together the egg yolks and sugar
  • Blend in the marscapone, followed by the wine
  • Whip egg whites to soft peaks and add to mixture
  • Blend all together well
  • Mix in a bowl the coffee and 1 spoon of sugar
  • Soak the biscuits in the mixture
  • Layer the soaked biscuits in a tray and after each layer spread a layer of the marscapone mixture on top
  • The final layer should be of marscapone
  • Dust cocoa on the top 
  • Leave in the refridgerator for at least an hour.
  • Serve in inidvidual dishes chilled.
