You will be welcomed to MaMa Florence by your wine expert Master of Ceremonies, who will introduce the game and conduct a short wine tasting.
Participants will be asked to test their sensory analysis skills and offered a brief fascinating history of wine and wine-making techniques to put them in the right mindset.
After spending time bringing their individual ideas to the table and then debating as a team the qualities they would like to express in their wine, the team begins the blending process. After the wine has been created, the teams take their final blend to the wine expert to determine the best winemakers for this team-building activity. A winning team blend is named! Guests can relax and socialize with a light appetizer of typical Tuscan ingredients and delicious finger foods
That depends on the client; each event is tailor-made! When the winner of the pasta competition is announced, team builders will always give a bottle of bubbly as a prize to the team leader of the winning team. If you would like to give something more elaborate to all members of the winning team or even to all participants, let us know and we will surely find the perfect gift to take home as a memento of team building in the kitchen in Florence!

Our team building format provides a time calibrated over years of experience that gets people working, collaborating and interacting in the kitchen but not getting too tired so that fun is always guaranteed. Typically from arrival to departure should be considered about 2.5 hours. The activity can be combined with an aperitif or dinner.
The 'Create Your Own Wine' team building is perfect for groups up to about 40 people. However, if you are a wine lover and there are even more of you, let us know and, if possible, we will come up with a solution that works well for a perfect teambuilding that perhaps involves other activities in the heart of Florence.
