Pasta Challenge description
- Welcome: Guests are greeted and introduced to the game in a historic kitchen setting in San Frediano.
- Demonstration: Teams watch a pasta-making demonstration by expert chefs from prestigious kitchens.
- Competition: Teams create two pasta shapes within a set time, judged on quality, quantity and cleanliness of their workspace
- Announcing the winner: The winning team is announced and prized.
- Meal: Participants enjoy a self service buffet meal featuring their creations, paired with three fine wines, including bubbly, white, and red, as well as additional courses prepared by the staff.
