Guests arrive at Mama Florence, are greeted by the host and chef, and get settled in.

Brief overview of the event, the cooking challenge, and how teams will be judged.
  • Chef Demo
A short pasta-making demonstration by the chef to inspire and guide the teams.
  • Team Cooking Begins
Guests split into teams, each working together to create the dish.
  • Friendly Competition
Teams present their creations for evaluation.
  • Winner Announcement
While enjoying a bubbly, the winning team is announced and celebrated.
  • Dinner/Lunch Together
Everyone enjoys the fruits of their labor with wine, laughter, and good company.

Aperitif with Prosecco and snacks

Buffet self service Lunch or dinner service based on the dishes prepared. For groups over 24, the meal is enjoyed in a more informal buffet style, with food stations and wine available throughout the venue and patio. Seating is available across the space, though without formal table settings—encouraging guests to mingle, move, and relax as they please.

Lunch or Dinner Menu 
The buffet meal features fresh elements made by the participants during the class, alongside accompaniments prepared by our chefs:

  • Seasonal Salads
  • Selection of Cold Cuts and Local Cheeses
  • Sun-dried tomatoes

Fresh Pasta Courses:

  • Tortelli filled with Spinach and Ricotta, served with Butter and Sage Sauce
  • Tagliatelle served with a rich Meat Ragù (or a robust Vegetarian Ragù option)

Dessert:
A classic Italian dessert such as Panna Cotta or Crostata (Seasonal Fruit Tart)
