The Master of Ceremonies welcomes your guests, introduces the MaMa Florence team, and explains the wine challenge game. Then on to a brief but captivating introduction to wine tasting, sure to be one of the highlights of the evening. Through this simple but effective explanation of how to taste wine correctly every participant is now ready to participate to the fullest. Let the games begin!
Your guests are put into teams and then make their way to the tasting stations. The sommelier team pours the “mystery” wines (without showing the participants the label). They will be confronted with four masked mystery wines to examine and discover. The teams are equipped with game cards with questions and can return to each table more than once if need be until they are sure they have the right answer. The host and sommelier team entertain the guests, ensuring that the team building game runs smoothly. For about an hour, the participants taste and discuss the wines, having fun, and putting their skills to the test. When time is up, the MaMa Florence staff counts the results and unveils the mystery wines. In the case of a tie, the Master of Ceremonies will hold a fun and lively tie-breaker. And we have a winner! The winning team receives the prize and all participants collect their personalized certificates.
