Tuscan Vegetables – The Star of the Market

Long gone are the days when it is okay to have a few sad vegetables playing second fiddle to meat dishes; today vegetables are the stars, taking a leading role in appetizers to main dishes and even desserts. Their incredible variety, intense flavors and beautiful colors make for creative, healthy, sustainable and delicious dishes. Now chefs can get their inspiration directly in the fields and markets, presenting gourmet dishes in any season.
