MaMa's Italian pastry cooking class is dedicated for desserts and sweets lovers! You will go through a cooking class about baking, cremes, traditional and basic ingredients, colorful cakes and desserts!
Our chef, an expert in Italian pastry, will provide you with all the information needed to become an authentic Italian Pastry chef! The focus will be more on Tuscan typical cakes and dessert, but of course you will learn how to make Pasta Frolla, Pan di Spagna and all the basics. Think of delicious crostata, cantuccini, zuccotto, zuppa inglese, caprese, torta di mele and much more!

JOINABLE CLASSES RUN FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 PEOPLE.
Should the minimum not be reached for the day you selected, you will be given the choice to pay an additional fee for a private class, change your date to another day, or be fully refunded. Sunday courses have a minimum enrollment of 5 people for course activation.
Note that because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and farms the menu will vary depending on what we find that day! We will send you the weekly menu when you book the class. On request, we can make a vegetarian gluten free menu.
