Come share your Thanksgiving lunch and dinner with new friends during your visit to Florence!
While you'll be spending your holiday in a non-traditional setting, the fundamental message of Thanksgiving remains the same - sharing your table with friends and family, making a delicious meal together, and enjoying your homemade meal.
The setting might have changed, but your experience cooking a wonderful Tuscan meal with the MaMa Florence staff, and learning new, seasonal dishes to bring home for your next holiday meal, will bring a whole new perspective to your Thanksgiving meals.
In this convivial setting, you'll have the chance to learn delicious, seasonal dishes that have been made in Tuscany for eons, and are the backbone of this delicious culinary tradition. Tuscan households each have their own way of preparing delicious handmade fresh egg-based pasta dishes with wonderfully rich tomato and beef sauce, and oven-roasted meats with seasonal side vegetable-based dishes, and your chef will be sure that you learn the finest way to prepare these and other traditional dishes.

JOINABLE CLASSES RUN FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 PEOPLE.
Should the minimum not be reached for the day you selected, you will be given the choice to pay an additional fee for a private class, change your date to another day, or be fully refunded. Sunday courses have a minimum enrollment of 5 people for course activation.


Note that because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and farms the menu will vary depending on what we find that day! We will send you the weekly menu when you book the class.
